About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to projects with Ashkrit Studio. Each project also gets a written quote or agreement; where it differs from these terms, the project agreement wins.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.
Payments
Projects are usually paid in milestones — an advance to begin, a payment at an agreed midpoint and the balance before launch. Work may pause if a milestone payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in reasonable time, and confirm you have the rights to any text, images or logos you give us to use.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website or app, its design and its content. We may reuse general techniques and non-client-specific code, and — unless you ask us not to — show the project in our portfolio.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, email and AI providers are third-party services with their own terms and fees, which are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Support and warranty
We fix bugs in the work we deliver during the free support period stated in your quote. Ongoing changes and maintenance are available on a separate plan.
Liability
We build carefully and test thoroughly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services or specific search rankings. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it.
