Rental marketplace

Rentonemi

A complete rental marketplace built for a client who wanted a real product, not a template. Customers browse by category, pick a rental period and check out with a security deposit, while a separate admin portal manages listings, bookings and renters.

(01)The challenge

Rental sites are usually clunky: pricing is unclear, availability is hidden and checkout doesn't feel trustworthy. The client needed clear day, week and month pricing and a booking flow people would actually finish.

(02)The solution

A category-driven storefront with transparent per-duration pricing, a date-range picker, cart and Cash-on-Delivery checkout with deposits — backed by a Node/Express API and a companion admin app.
