Buying a used or refurbished phone online feels risky. Shoppers need to trust the condition, the price and the seller before they order — and the shop needed a store that is easy to browse on a phone.

A warm, friendly storefront that puts trust first: IMEI-verified and easy-returns promises up front, clear condition labels (new, refurbished, pre-owned), shopping by brand, category and budget, and an interactive 3D phone in the hero.
