Phone Club apps
Phone Club runs on three mobile apps built on the same React Native and Expo foundations: the Phone Club app for shoppers, the Phone Club Sell app for people selling their old phone, and Phone Club Rider for delivery agents. All three talk to the same backend as the websites, so products, prices and orders are always in sync.

(01)The challenge
Most Phone Club customers shop on their phones, and riders work entirely from one. The apps had to feel native, stay in sync with the websites and admin, and be easy for a small team to change — without publishing a new app version for every update.
(02)The solution
React Native with Expo for all three apps, sharing the same API as the websites. The shop app's home screen, banners and offers are controlled from the admin panel; the Sell app gives an instant price and books pickups; and the Rider app is built for the road, with OTP sign-in, live location and offline-friendly updates.

Browse by brand, condition and budget, wishlist, Cash on Delivery checkout, order tracking and exchanges.
Controlled from the admin
Home-screen sections, banners, notices and update prompts change without an app release.
Push offers
The shop sends an offer to every phone with the app, straight from the admin panel.
Phone Club Sell app
Pick a device, answer the condition quiz, see the price and book a free doorstep pickup.
Phone Club Rider app
OTP sign-in, the day's visits in slot order, one-tap call and navigation, and a status for every step.
Built for patchy signal
Rider updates are saved offline and sent in order as soon as the signal returns.
