Phone Club Sell is the buyback side of Phone Club. Sellers pick their phone, tablet or smartwatch, answer a few questions about its condition and see a price in under a minute. They book a free two-hour pickup slot anywhere in Faridabad, and an agent checks the device, wipes the data in front of them and pays by UPI, bank transfer or cash before leaving.

(01)The challenge
Selling a used phone usually means haggling, unknown buyers and waiting to be paid. The shop also had to buy phones safely and legally — verifying every seller and keeping a clean record of each purchase — without slowing down staff at the counter or at the doorstep.
(02)The solution
A transparent pricing engine, a booking flow that hands pickups straight to Phone Club's own logistics, and identity checks built for real use: staff scan the seller's Aadhaar Secure QR, which is verified against UIDAI's digital signature, then capture photos, a signature and a PDF receipt that is backed up to the shop's Google Drive.
